Structural Manhole Rehabilitation

CWW provides a series of manhole rehabilitation methodologies: CIPP, cementitious lining, epoxy lining, chemical grouting and cement repair products. Each restores the structural integrity of manholes, wetwells, pumping stations and other wastewater structures.

CIPP lining: We design liners specifically for the existing structure.  The final product is a solid liner that can resist ground loads and water pressure. This fast and cost-effective method is appropriate for cylindrical manhole chambers and can accommodate various sizes and shapes.

Cementitious lining: We apply cementitious linings via low-pressure spraying and centrifugal spinning methods adding structural integrity to the existing structure.

Epoxy lining: CWW offers a coating system that is specifically engineered to provide long-term protection for manholes, pump stations, treatment plants, or any wastewater infrastructure components that are subjected to extremely high levels of hydrogen sulfide induced corrosion. Our epoxy lining system can also be designed to prevent ground water infiltration.

Chemical grouting: To stop manhole infiltration, we force a two-part gel into manhole cracks and openings. The cured product is continuous, irreversible, waterproof and non-porous.

Cement repairs: We repair the benching and the walls of the manhole and seal the sections with waterproof cement. This solution is one of our most popular.
