The following time-lapse video was taken last week at the CIPP lining station on Hinton Avenue, here in Ottawa. It provides an inside look into the whole process (that took upwards of 25 hours total) and shows the liner being prepared on the boiler’s elevating platform, and then being inverted through the manhole from the reefer using a crane. The size of the liner was 42″ diameter, 27.5 mm thick, 138m (460ft) long and contained roughly 28,000lbs of non-VOC Resin.
